I recently sold my father’s house in NH, and it involved a reverse mortgage. I had initially engaged another real estate agent based on my attorney’s advice, who did little to nothing to sell the house. I then signed up with Melissa Cribbie, and the difference was astonishing. Very proactive and professional, and I had offers where before I had zero offers. With the reverse mortgage, the house was “underwater”, but Melissa found a reverse mortgage specialist, and I ended up walking away with money in my pocket. I cannot possibly recommend Melissa higher. She was tremendous, and I feel blessed to have had her as my agent.

Melissa is polite, refined, patient, and quite knowledgeable of the area. She always looked very polished and has outstanding people skills. She was always there when we needed her. And extraordinarily honest. Our home sale was tougher this year as the market cooled off in '24. So she worked hard on marketing and open houses.
