Jim's affinity for the water dates back to his Junior High days when his parents moved from Pennsylvania to Scituate, MA. Since then, his love for boating has greatly influenced his career path. Starting with 30 years in the retail sales market for canoes, kayaks, sail, and power boats, Jim then purchased his Moultonborough canal home on Lake Winnipesaukee in 1984. Balmoral Association has been his summer home ever since.
Jim's real estate career began in 2002, and after working with Lamprey Real Estate Associates since that time, Jim has made the move to Meredith Landing Real Estate. Still selling the Lake Living dream, Jim prides himself on boating, lake, and real estate knowledge! When he isn't selling real estate, Jim enjoys family time and watching his grandchildren grow up, and teaching the next generation all about the Big Lake!
